Steps for converting FLV to Xvid.
Firstly download Video Magic. Then run the Video Magic.exe file, follow the installation wizard instructions, and run Video Magic.
Step 1: Hit the Add File(s) button. In the opened Select Video Files windows choose your input video files and click Open to load them to the list.
Step 2: You can click Clip, Crop, Watermark, Subtitle, Merge on the top tool bar to manually edit video files.

What is Xvid?
Xvid, formerly XviD, is another MPEG-4 standard, specifically MPEG-4 Part 2 Advanced Simple Profile(ASP).
