If your problems still cannot be solved yet, please collect the following information and e-mail us. We will respond you as soon as possible:

  • Windows Operating System
  • Destination hard disk folder available capacity; work space folder available capacity
  • DVD Writer brand name and model
  • Source file, target file and copy mode
  • Detailed description of the source movie (movie name, size and region code)
  • The time and process descriptions about your troubles
  • A screen shot of the error message and displaying window are strongly welcomed
  • If necessary, please go to All Programs -> BlazeVideo DVD Copy -> Send Error Report to us for further help.
