What is delivered?

You will be taken to a 3rd party company called RegNow which specializes in Internet commerce and will handle the secure transaction. Once your credit card is accepted, you will receive an order confirmation email! It's a pretty painless process. (Please allow up to 1 hour for email delivery)

Note: During peak times, you may find the order confirmation email may taking up to half an hour. Also, there have been a few rare cases of unreachable emails due to mis-configured email clients and privacy control...

Lost product policy:

If you purchase and, for whatever reason, you do not receive an email with download instructions, please send an e-mail to support@blazevideo.com Once we receive the request, we'll try to re-send your download instructions as soon as possible!

Refund policy :

Refunds will be processed up to 30 days after the initial purchase. Refund requests should be sent to support@blazevideo.com with your order number. Please include an explanation for the refund.
