Retrieve your serial number from your order receipt email or our support
You can usually find your serial number in the order receipt email you received after purchasing the software at http://www.blazevideo.com. Or open "About" on the registered software interface to find the serial number in "This software is licensed to" tab.
If you lose your order receipt email, you can send your order ID or purchase email address to our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org to ask to resend the serial number.
Credit Cards via Secure Online Ordering

What is delivered?
You will be taken to a 3rd party company called RegNow which specializes in Internet commerce and will handle the secure transaction. Once your credit card is accepted, you will receive an order confirmation email! It's a pretty painless process. (Please allow up to 1 hour for email delivery)

Lost product policy:
If you purchased and, for whatever reason, you do not receive an email with download instructions, please send an e-mail to email@example.com . Once we receive your request, we'll try to re-send your download instructions as soon as possible!
Refunds will be processed up to 30 days after the initial purchase. Refund requests should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. Please include an explanation for the refund.

2. If the major upgrade is not free, you only need to pay a small upgrade fee, and our system will provide the new registration code to you.
