Trouble Shooting:

No signal and fail to search channel:

1. Make sure your position has signal, move antenna to open and wide place with strong signal quality;

2. Make sure your USB TV stick works normally and its driver has been installed properly;

3. It is suggested you update your system to Windows XP SP2 with USB 2.0 port;

4. Go to Advanced scan box, manually input the frequency range; or adjust off-center frequency; or change some other advanced value to rescan.

 

BlazeDTV crash while scanning:

Please skip the specific frequency while scanning. manually input the two frequency range to scan, not automatically scan.

 

DTV Signal found, but blank screen:

1. You are trying to watch a scrambled channel which is marked with an lock;

2. Your USB TV stick is AF9005 type which does not support HDTV show playback.

 

No USB TV stick displayed in application, although it has been detected by PC:

Please make sure your USB TV stick driver is BDA type.

 

Register box always popup although you have registered successfully:

The BlazeDTV you are using is an bundled software came with your USB TV stick. The product key found on your computer has been detected on multiple computers, you may be a victim of software counterfeiting, please contact your vendor for right product key.
